Do you offer quantity breaks?
Yes, there is a standard initial set-up fee for embroidery, beyond that there are discounts available with one-time bulk team orders. Quantity breaks and discounts will depend on each individual product and will be discussed with you during the process.
How does the online store work?
To set up an online store you will be charged a one-time set up fee of $100, which covers the cost of creating the store and the one-time embroidery fee. The online store fee will be waived following a purchase using a custom bulk order form.
Is the order form or team store the best option?
The order form is the best option to place one bulk order, usually for team gear to outfit your full team and coaches together. Online stores are a great way to share a link for family members and friends to purchase the same gear worn by the team. Many teams will choose to do an initial bulk order for players/coaches and then set up a team store for additional orders throughout the season.
How long is my online store open?
Your team store will be open for 12 months from the initial publish date chosen by your team. Near the end of the 12-month term we will contact your team to discuss the option of keeping the online store open beyond the initial term.
Can I add additional items to the store?
Yes, additional items can be added to your online store by contacting our team. We drop new items throughout the year and recommend adding those items to your store to give your team the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest BOD gear. There is some gear ineligible for a co-branded logo, you can identify products eligible to be co-branded on the product pages that display the co-branded icon.
How does shipping work?
Orders submitted with an order form will be fulfilled together and shipped to one location. Shipping will depend on quantity and products ordered, estimates will be provided throughout the process with a more detailed shipping quote prior to order fulfillment.
Orders purchased through the online store will be shipped individually with each order and shipping will be paid by the customer at checkout. Free shipping is available for all individual online orders over $150, however free shipping offers are not eligible for bulk team orders.
Can people combine orders on our team store with other products on the bucketsondeck.com store?
Yes, your team store will be an extension of bucketsondeck.com and items from your team store and our primary bucketsondeck.com online store can be combined into one order.
